OPEN ROLE
Google Ads / GA4 Specialist
What you will do
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) for clients in Latvia and the Baltics
- Configure and maintain GA4 conversion tracking, event setup and reporting
- Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly optimisation plans
- Communicate with clients - 30-minute weekly calls, monthly business reviews
- Produce monthly reports focused on business metrics, not just CTR
- Work alongside the SEO, web and social media team members toward shared goals
What we expect
- At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience
- Google Ads certification (Search and/or Shopping)
- Experience setting up GA4 and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on numbers
- Good communication skills in Latvian and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
